I currently have 1 finished X-cart site and I have 3 other ecommerce sites that I am slowly in the process of converting over to an x-cart system.

My question is: Is there a mod or 3rd party program/system that will allow me to manage orders from all 4 sites at once? Something that will receive orders from all 4 sites, allow me to manage them/mark them as completed, sends out "Your order has been received/shipped" emails along with tracking numbers, print labels via Endicia, etc.

Basically hoping there is a mod that is a full service all-in-one post management system for multiple x-cart sites.

You may also look at some CRM system with order management.
Should give you proper direction to grow by consolidating online stores/customer support and "offline" sales together.

CRM systems
there are multiple on the market - starting with free ones like
vtiger
sugarcrm
weberp (closer to order management)
etc

commercial ones - hosted/on demand
salesforce (free for small number of users)
zoho.com (free with some license + commercial licenses available)
and many other

getting to complete suites like netsuite.com, but this is probably overkil

Your goal is to integrate your stores with one of them, having all the customer/order information there. Also integrate inventory, if necessary.

All of the CRM products I have looked at seem pretty clunky. Take a look at Stone Edge Order Manager for a great product that will download orders from multiple sites, give you integrated shipping with Endicia, UPS & Fedex, send out ship confirmation emails and lots more.
