Many payment processors - including PayPal, permit a surcharge for using their product. I think I read recently that even Visa and M/C do now in the US. This was available in X4 and needs to be in X5 as well. We shouldn't be penalizing all our customers to cover the ones who choose expensive payment options.

I'm not looking for custom dev - trying to keep things pretty much stock. This should be stock.

Yes. Please hit the 'Report an issue' button and switch the 'Category' to 'Feature Request'.

The more votes an idea gets, the more chances that the idea will be implemented in one of new X-Cart versions.
