I can obviously see that Serializer.php is missing. I checked the intellicontact.php code and noticed that it also calls for Unserializer.php.

Anyone know what these files are?

XML/Serializer.php and XML/Unserializer.php files are parts of PEAR package (http://pear.php.net) XML_Serializer (http://pear.php.net/package/XML_Serializer).
So apparently you need to install the XML_Serializer PEAR package on your hosting server.

You need to obtain the secret key and password from IntelliContact.
