Hi,
I am looking at the Follow-up Autoresponder for X-Cart. It looks very good but I would like to know what actual experience has been with it.
Can anyone tell me what it's been like to use?

I too have been looking at it; there's 2 versions - one is from MagneticOne, the other is from Jon over at WebsiteCM. Jon's mods are, in general, seriously awesome - and I have no experience with MagneticOne. I'm looking for people who are running these, as the demo / info on the MagneticOne is much more comprehensive (but if Jon's does the same things, I KNOW his stuff works like a charm...)

hm i am thinking more of magneticone coz it seems to have more features and to be more complex.. I had bought 1 mod from magnetic and they have good online documentation, etc..

The magnetic one follow-up responder is a great mod. I actually have a planned blog post on "the top 2 profit-boosting mods you probably aren't using" and this is one of them.

It is very very robust and great to use to keep your customers up-to-date with specific recommendations based on what they purchased.

The only difficultly I've seen with it is during set-up a little extra time was required due to the 'lost in translation' English instructions

Remember: It costs SIX times as much to sell something to a new customer than a current one! This a is good mod to expand your marketing efforts to those existing customers.
