I guess there is some misunderstanding what CDN is and what this module does.

The module does not provide CDN. It simply serves as a connector between your site and the CDN network of your choice (as long as it is supported by the module) to replace all on-site urls for css,js,images with the ones provided by the CDN.

The module does not force you to subscribe to anything. What are these 2 services you are talking about?
