I am very impressed with the customer service with Website CM. I had a small issue and Jon fixed it without question.

I am very impressed and its a nice change to have someone help you without charging an arm and a leg.

I recommend any service this guy offers.

Really? I'm not.
I created a ticket to have my CDSEO Pro transferred from one domain to another. That was on March 19th.
The ticket hasn't even been assigned yet, and today we have March 24th.
You know, I'd purchase the module for the new domain, I don't mind, but what's the guarantee that I get the files promptly?
We're talking e-commerce here. Every day of delays is money lost.
This is not the first time those delays happen.
I've dealt with Jon for years, and for the most part, I've been very happy with the relationship we've developed. But, ever since the beginning of an overhaul of their site, the service has been sub-par, the say it mildly. I understand that Jon was very busy with the new site. But, as it's my understanding, the major part, or perhaps, all of the overhaul has been completed. Why does the first response to a ticket with a 'High' priority take so long? I changed the priority to 'Critical' this morning. Just to see if that makes any difference.

This customer service issue is happening to me too. It's been almost a week and I have not yet received my files for the "upgrade" pack of CDSEO Pro. Purchased on 03/28/13.

I've emailed and created a ticket. My ticket is still "unassigned". I've also PM'd Jon. No responses as of yet. My jury is still out on making a criticism but my patience is wearing thin.

Does anyone know what happend to Jon and his company ?
His website is still up, but it looks like Jon doesn't respond anymore on support-tickets or purchases from customers. We are waiting since march 18th to get the speed-optimization job done from Jon, but we didn't get any responce from him since we paid $475. I have a feeling that something is serious wrong here.
Please Jon....urgent request to respond !

Has anyone heard anything from Jon my ticket was opened on March 20th and I have not heard anything either. Jon has been very good in the past let us hope it is nothing serious.

I have post 2 tickets but no reply yet !

I don't mind waiting couple of days more but even short reply like "please wait for few days & we will definitely reply to your ticket" can really improve the things.

This is becoming a theme with him here. I am ready to spend money with his company yet again and sent him a PM here as well as opened a ticket week ago on his site, and no response or assignment made yet. I think I am done - and it is a real shame.

Great news! another reason why our next upgrade will not include any third party mods.

Just upgraded from 4.4.4 to 4.5.4 and it looks like its stuck in dev as we need CDSEO upgrade.
