I have a Google Custom Search, I would like to replace X-cart original search box with my Google Custom Search engine box, how can I do that.

Open up the template where the search box is displayed (customer/search.tpl) and replace the default X-Cart form with your form.

Thanks for your response, I really do appreciate that.

I have replace the search box but when the user search on the page it shows the search results but it shows the search results at the bottom of the results it shows my main page, i didnt get that.. Can I just display the search results only.

Sounds like an issue with Google search...afraid I can't help with that

scroll down to where it says "Example of a Linked CSE with results hosted on your site", it gives an example of how to accomplish what you want (seems to use an iframe)
