Hiya,

I have spoken to BCSE about this and they do not know what the problem is, I would have to get them to investigate and fix as a custom issue. I thought I would just ask here if anyone else has had this issue,

Our reward points is set up so that it cannot be used to pay for shipping.

If a customer uses a free shipping coupon, they cannot pay for the order in full. The reward points will not deduct the shipping cost even though it is now zero.

For example, order for ё10, shipping ё2. Free Shipping coupon.

What I want it to do:
- deduct the free shipping coupon to order total is ё10.
- allow user to use 1000 points to pay for the order in full

What it does:
- deduct the free shipping coupon
- only allows user to use 800 (ё points towards the order
- user has to pay ё2 by another payment method to complete the order.
