X-Payments Connector- how do I tell what version I have?

I've got some issues. I can't run the AlteredCart OPC anymore and haven't for 6 months now. All it does is create duplicate orders via our payment processor, and just making a ton of angry customers. And it's causing browsers to act erratically, meaning they scroll by themselves. So when I'm entering customer info, it will just jump to the bottom for some unknown reason.

I can't access my licenses via AlteredCart anymore even though I can log in,and I can't seem to reach anyone there.

I'm going to try my best at this without any support from AlteredCart. I wish I could get my ticket(s) responded to.

We did $205,000 worth (yes, almost a quarter million- including dealers and distributors) of sales in September through this site. It's funneling a ton of cash. It needs to work right.

The current Checkout One X-Payments connector will not work on X-Payments V2. I'm working on an update now.

As far as I know, Bill Brewer and Altered Cart are alive and kicking. His site looks completely overhauled since the last time I visited. I imagine he is just busy, one man teams have that problem. Even guys like me with a small team of 3 developers have trouble keeping up these days.

We tried to help Bill since May but faced to the same wall - one man company does not have resources to serve everyone. So we have to wait till Bill comes up with some update finally.

Any news on the compatibility of these two? We need these two to play together. It seems our Mobile site isn't showing the free shipping that was customized via AlteredCart. It shows with the AC OPC, but not otherwise. We've been losing mobile orders and just now realized the issue. Anyone???

Have you tried to contact our techs regarding the issue you have?
If that customization is not in encrypted piece of code of the alternative checkout extension you use they can be capable to fix it for you.

I don't if it's encrypted or not. It originated from alteredcart - as the bridge between AC OPC and X-Cart X-Payments. It was broken with the X-Payments update.

How can I find out if it is?

Kara, please create a ticket about that in your HelpDesk account and specify "Attn for Alex Mulin" as the subject there.
