BSC Engineering META TAG PRO issues!

Hi

Has anyone had these problem installing MetaTag Pro:

1)Patch does not install?
2)Install Step 12a Falls down and crashes site?

If so how did you fix it, as BSC ENGINEERING don't seem to want to answer tickets at the moment.

Also is it any good cos if not I may as well Scrap it! (spent to much time already try to install it)

Does anyone know what sort of time it take BSC Engineering to reply to tickets...been waiting along time for any answer at all regarding this issue..!

We are hoping we have not bought from a bum company here so any feed back on the credability of this company would be welcomed...

Cos it looks on the face of it a great product so we really wanna get it sorted.

They aren't a bum company, they are one of the oldest and most reputable add-on module companies in the industry. They are usually very good with tickets, something is either amiss with their ticket system, or they are swamped like everyone seems to be right now.

I'm wondering if your email system is blocking emails from us. I see you have 2 tickets with us. One is 6 days old and was replied to the same day. the other is 1 day old and was also replied to the same day. Please make sure our "support" email address is on your white list.

I'm going to see if I can help on the forums but really our support email is the best place because then you don't have to depend on just *me* to answer. One of our other 12 people can look into it as well.

For the patch to not apply correctly would mean you likely have one of our free meta tags modules previously installed.

This would likely be the cause of problems with 12a as well. I would recommend to uninstall any of our free meta modules before installing this one.

If you still have troubles, please email us back and reply to one of the tickets already created. It looks like you created the tickets via the web, so you should be able to log in and see that we've replied.

Sorry we have not recieved your corrispondance, it was sent straight to our Junk Mail folder and deleted.

Really struggling to corrected this problem, please can the e-mail sent replying to out previous tickets at BSC be sent again ~(Junk Mail settings changed ) and we can maybe proceed from there.

Got it this time Carrie and WOW great service.

Should have never doubted your reputation as your quick reply and fantastic communication during the fix was outstanding.

All is working fine now and can't thank you enough for getting it up and running, this may look like a plug for BCS Engineering, but hey you deserve it.
