Is there anyway to decreasing shipping costs from the FedEx module? We use list price but want to give a discount off of the list price Account price is to low since there are additional costs and overhead that go into shipping outside just the raw shipping cost from FedEx.

You can configure a surcharge for shipping methods, but I believe that out of the box there is no function to discount some shipping methods.

I think you need a custom module that will apply a discount on the order when the shipping method is selected.
