Default Shopping Cart and Counter
Where can I find the Java code that shows the shopping basket icon with the # of items in the bag?

I would like to put that code on my home page if possible.

The widget that renders the cart icon and other related information is this one: \XLite\View\Minicart

When a product is added to cart, JavaScript reloads that widget from the server and replaces it on the page. The JavaScript code is located in the skins/default/en/mini_cart/minicart.js file (X-Cart 5.2.x).
