Modify available payment options based on shipping options
I want to setup a "freight - Call us for a quote" shipping option but I want to link this to the "phone order" only payment option and not allow someone to checkout with credit card or paypal (or other payment methods). Anyway to restrict the payment options when someone selects a specific shipping option?

There is a way to enable/disable payment methods depending on the selected shipping method - this is how modules for shipping carriers add their "Cash on delivery" payment methods.
However, this is not something that can be configured in the user interface - you need a custom module to implement this.
