We have released the upgraded version of Twitter (version 2.0) today that addresses few bugs and does support CDSEO SEO friendly URL/Clean URLs.

We are not sure exactly what you want. I guess you want to publish the posts/pages written in xCMS to Twitter like products added details. If that's the case, No. That's not.
