Hi,

We have configured USPS shipping option in our site with the X-cart version 4.3.0 .

All the configurations were done perfectly still the USPS shipping rates are not showing up in the checkout . Is this issue related to the version or something else?

Kindly advice on this.

Did you test real time shipping rates calculation in X-Cart admin back-end? What response you get in your tests?

Be sure to test a variety of addresses throughout the regions you intend to ship. For example, east coast, west coast, etc. Also, after you do these real time tests you should return to the USPS shipping methods page and enable any new postal methods that may have populated the list as a result of the testing.

Keep in mind that setting up USPS involves enabling several shipping methods for the same mail class. For example, the popular Priority Mail service is broken into several similar looking methods, all of which need to be correctly enabled. Like these:
USPS Priority Mail 1-DayTM
USPS Priority Mail 2-DayTM
USPS Priority Mail 3-DayTM
USPS Priority Mail MilitaryTM
and so on.
