thread subscriptions appear to be gone and I rely on being notified of replies to certain threads

You can subscribe to a thread by clicking on thread tools and then a drop down appears with the option to subscribe. You can also select Quick Links and then subscribed threads to see which threads you have subscribed to.

That's right! But the problem is I don't have a list of all of the threads I was already subscribed to.

Also seems to be an issue with [img] tags being inserted in old code posts. Boomer's Detailed Image pop-up for one.

I certainly missed the link where it listed all the posts that I've replied / started. Now it requires a couple more clicks and taps. Hope they do some in-forum organization as well.

Exclamation Re: New forum!

There is a problem with the "code sections" changing some of the code into hyperlinks. You can see and example on this thread http://forum.x-cart.com/showthread.php?p=137695#post137695

This makes it impossible to cut and paste code from this forum. Hopefully the forum admins can address this.

I'm now noticing that the newpost links in the "Reply to post" emails do not really work. It takes me to the forum but kicks me to the front page of the forum after authorizing. So I close the window and re-click the link in the email.

We are happy that you like our new user forums and thank you for your positive suggestions and feedback. Sure it is just a start and we will continue to improve the forums so they will become even better.
We are sorry that it took so long to implement the forums (we purchased licenses for vBulletin software about a year ago) but our IT department was very busy with our corporate BSS system, we need to update it as our company grows and as you can see forums are tightly integrated with our BSS system.

So if you have suggestions abont this forum please post them here so we can have them in one place for easy referrence. Thank you.

Talking Re: New forum!

Personally I could care less for all the bells and whistles in vB, the search is the best part. No more bookmarking and fumbling with "AND" in between search keywords, and better relevance!

Hooray for the NEW Forum - VB is soooo much nicer to use and at last we've got a working search function

Verynicely designed as well - looks a lot slicker than the old one.
