Try in var/logs/x-errors_snapshot or System fingerprint generation errors and see if you have a log there.

I dont have _snapshot file and where do I find the system fingerprint errors?

Try tools / maintenance / see also / system fingerprints and see if you have one there from the install.

You can also check via tools / maintenance / see also / logs (last check box i think)

however if you don't have the snapshot file it may have failed?

Have you checked you have other MD5 files? It looks like it may have unsuccessfully completed the install - but it should give you an error message.

There was system installation fingerprint but no other md5 files in the log folder.

Recreated the missing file and refreshed the page again. It is running longer this time so fingers crossed.

Didnt make any difference. No fingerprint.
