Default Block unwanted customer

Is it possible to block unwanted customer in the shop? When I was using other shop application it was not really possible. I would like to try xcart but have to be sure if it is possible to block a person by an email not by Ip as the IP can change dynamically and blocking IP do not work...So is it possible to block a email address from which a person ( hacker e.g ) buy some product and did not pay?

you can 'suspend' user accounts which might do what you are looking for,

You can also block based on IP address.

Blocking IP doe not help. My friend got a shop with digital stuff and got a problem- a person buy all stuff for 0$ and she can not stop this person... Blocking IP did not help because she/he got dynamic IP and it change all the time. This person / customer buy all stuff for free and download this from server. She is using xcard and that is way I afraid change to xcard as I see it is not so safety... Or there is a way to stop hackers who broke into you shop..some add and mods for x card?

I simply didn't know if you were referring to x-cart or if there was a mod or add-on I didn't know about called X-Card?

If someone can manage to break through all the login and security and get into your store's backend I think you have much bigger problem then knowing if xcart can or cannot block them from purchasing again. X-Cart is very secure IMO if configured right. Another think for you to know is that xcart cannot tell you if the payment someone is using is fraudulen or not - this is up to the payment gateway and CC processor. Xcart just follows their response.
And what makes you think that blocking email address will help? If I am to place fraudulent order I will not give out my real info. So blockin the email will help just as much as blocking the IP - my email for fraud will be dynamic and change with every order just like the IP.
