Yes, I just checked my orders in the X-Cart Files site and the mod actually cost $50.00:

Custom development for LiteCommerce (integration of 'Zoom image' flash) 1 $50.00

I have done a lot of small mods for $15-25 each directly with XC on my LiteCommerce site. I assume these are things that they sell over and over again, like search improvements.

They did say that they could integrate the flash zoom image into the product.tpl, so that's a nice way to go if you need a Zoomify product.

Do you remember the name of the programmer?? just so I can reference the same things as you (or do you have the website that you had it done on so I can say "like you did for this guy on http://www.sdfsdfsdf.com"

So the only benefit for purchasing the product rather than using the free version is that you get the source code, so the mod could be doing using the free version?

It's only minor coding to integrate the Zoom function, so you shouldn't have any problem getting a reasonable quote.

Buying the Zoomify Flash version is worth it, if you need the flash source code and want to customize their buttons and remove/modify the "Zoomify" logo.

Default In regards to our ZOOM in genpi.com

Hey !
We bought a license for Zoomify FLash (http://www.zoomify.com/flash/)
the only problem we had, is that their logo was showing, but Cartmods somehow managed to remove it
The $129 for the license is absolutelly the best investment...

We paid more for the custom Zoom mod, but because it had to do with our SKU nomenclature....

Now, Cartmods is working on a ZOOM Gallery for us! Since we have all Hi-res images for every item, we want to offer a ZOom showcae per product.... I will let you know when it's ready

BTW there is another company that has Zoom capabilities, they are called SCALADO (www.scalado.com) and they have a solution called "Image Pilot" (http://www.scalado.com/m4n/?oid=436) we also bought that license, but it wasn't so easy to integrate with XCart than Zoomify...

Regards,
Alexander Schek

I don't use it anymore. It basically was like Boomer's detailed image mod, except you could click on it and get a zoom product image as a popup. It was very useful when we sold a certail product, but now that our line has changed, so has the need to focus so heavily on image mods.

Ideally, I'd love to see the script for having a PDF generated on th fly and sent to a vendor. That drop-shipment mod. sounds awesome for anyone who emails or faxes Purchase Orders.

Thanks,

- mike.//

Hey.... My Dropship module generates PDF on the fly ! It is very fast... so the same process might be used for your needs... I gues.. I am not a programmer, but looks like it can be done easily... for what do you need it ?

Thanks

Your drop ship module seems to be exactly what we are looking for. we intend to have multiple drop shippers across muliple stores in the future and would be keen to find out more about your module, its costs and the company that developed it.

thx
