We are trying to add a variant (Pieces Per Case) where we offer items in 12 and 28 packs. If I do this AND use wholesale it doesn't work.
For example

If I sell the 28 pack for 100 and I want the 12 pack to be 60 and I add wholesale
1-2 to 100
2-3 for 80

If you select the 12 pack (-40) and select 2 of them, it seems to 2 for 80 = 160 - 80 = 80 total

that would be $80 total for 2 x 12 pack.

I create this item to test with. When you have a variant, wholesale pricing doesn't work anymore. That item has both a variant (Pieces Per Case) and Wholesale Prices setup but you will notice the wholesale doesn't show up. Shouldn't the wholesale allow me to set prices PER variant?

Yes, it should allow you to set wholesale prices per variant.

How did you setup it in the back end?
You should use the blue box icon that is shown next to variant prices on Variants tab.
