Is there a software / app that automatically calculates average order size, average order value in $, customer lifetime value, and other helpful sales stats? Order reports module by xcart does not calculate average order size/value. Are there any 3rd party apps that can be integrated with xcart version 4.7

There is Store Manager for X-Cart, it may have what you need, but it is not a solution I would prefer.

My team can build this module for you, I have several clients that could benefit from it as well.

I am very surprised that no such module exists for such basic info. I don't think even quickbooks can do this.

Agreed. The reporting needs of a web based business are specific and detailed, true, but they are pretty uniform across the board. The problem is, most developers are not merchants.

Marketing Manager can do some of this. There's a demo here on the product page:

I'm not sure if you'll find much prebuilt for your version.

I generally like Marketing manager for many things although the support is limited to what we can help with (another company makes the module). It may provide what you need for now though. We can also make something custom if you need it.

I am going to add pieces of tracking average order value and lifetime customer activity to the next version of the module. I expect to do it around August'16 or sooner.
