Default AlteredCart OPC Apple query

We have a customer experiencing strange behaviour at the checkout and wondered if anyone else has seen this ?

We use XC 4.4.3 and Alteredcart OPC. At tyhe checkout stage we have changed the "select delivery method" to display "delivery charge" and the actual delivery cost (based on the order value). In effect not giving the customer the option to change/select anything.

This is what is should look like OPC-ok.jpg

Now a customer with an Imac and Safari is getting the heading text displayed but not the fixed cost and radio button and the checkout process is telling them to select a delivery method. This is what they see imac screen.jpg

Anyone have any ideas ?

Regards,

David

Jon,

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to say that I had removd the customer details in the screenshots so completeing the address etc makes no difference.

Regards,

David

Default Re: AlteredCart OPC Apple query -fixed

Sorted this one out.

In the Shipping Charges we had the weight range as 0.0 - 0.00 because we don't use weight for delivery charges. The product the customer was ordering had the weight field entered and this was casuing the problem.

Two options:-

set the product weight to 0
or
set the weight range in the shipping charges section,e .g 0.0 - 1000.0

The only reason we sorted it quickly was the customer was ordering one product and it was a fairly new entry - someone liked us today !

Regards,

David
