CDSEO PRO Installation on V4.4.2

Hi.

I got CDSEO PRO but i can't install. It just say page not found.

Main reason is i can't access any of files in the admin folder.

my web site hosted by QT.

anyone have an idea how can I access

https://www.exsample.com/admin/cdseopro/install.php ??
