Default Orbital Gateway as backup

Hi We have account with Chase Paymentech. They provide Orbital Gateway. Does X-Payment support Orbital Gateway? I see that Chase Paymentech as one of the gateway selection in the X-Payment admin backend under payment configuration page. But I am not sure if Chase Paymentech is same as Orbital gateway.

We currently have X-Payment set up with Authorizenet. Authorizenet has been down more than a couple of times in past 6 months. We like to set up second gateway as backup gateway and switch on the fly when authorize is down. I understand 'Saved credit card' feature must be turned off during that time. I have not used orbital gateway before but should I expect any other problem with X-Payment by switching gateway temporarily?

Yes, X-Payments 2.x supports Chase Paymentech Orbital Gateway.
Moreover, it supports PCI compliant credit card saving for this gateway.
