Just a note that after upgrading, the functionality that displays a text box after selecting a country that you do not have states defined for is broken.

I would like to retract my posts on this thread... It was a long day and I did not notice that I dod not have Javascript enabled (in the cart interface). Something... somewhere... turned it off and I never noticed...

Just upgraded a client to 4.0.4 on a basically unmodified cart and it seems that the mini cart is not updating the total correctly. If you add a product to the cart, it won't update the price in the mini cart the total number of items seems to update though. Will update if you view the cart, but that's pointless. Anyone else seeing this? I'm going to send this off to X-cart and see what they say.

I just upgraded as well from 4.03 to 4.04 and while I see a couple of other problems, this one in particular I don't see, sorry .

-In 4.0.3 under shipping methods, the "Test Realtime Shipping Rates Calculation" used to work, now it does nothing.
-In 3.5.x the "UPS Standard" shipping method used to show shipping cost when shipping from US to Cananada, in 4.0.x it does not. However in 4.0.3 in test mode it did show a shipping cost, but not in shopping cart.
-Under stats there is a "Visitors enviroment statistics". I never have any statistics here but the x-cart demo does so maybe I have something setup incorrectly. Maybe there is a place to turn this on or something but I have not found it yet.
-Under "Search Statistics", there are no previous, next or page number buttons so you can only view the last 30. This may be by design, it also may be configurable, and I have just not run accross the setting yet. I was expecting to be able to see them all.

Well that is all I have found so far. I really like the 4.0.x version. There are many more improvements that problems.

If you don't mind, can you test it again but set in your general preferences to *not* redirect customer to cart first? That is only when this occurs because if you view the cart it will update the mini cart.
