Concierge is strictly QT module - it doesn't help anything with the store, no one except QT can use it. It logs store activities and allows QT to see store info. In general it is supposed to be a helping tool for QT to troubleshoot your store in case anything goes wrong but at the same time can expose a lot of store info.
This is one module I would recommend to never install and use. You may even notice this module is no where to be found in the marketplace. The module is installed initially as part of the stock installation, activated and starts collecting data - without any consent from the user.
