Hi:

When shoppers click on one of our categories and a Results page comes back with the lists of products and thumbnails, can we make that part of the page 2-columns instead of 1?

When you select one of the yarns, for example, (one of the manufacturers, let's say) and get the returns, that's where we'd like 2 columns, so there's more on a page and fewer pages...

How can that be done?

General Settings/Appearance options: Display products list in multiple columns (1-3) (leave empty to use standard format):

Why is it that I do not ahve Appearance Options under General Settings? I see general, company, email, security, and summary.
