Default Shipping cost dialog box color
Can anyone help me , I want to change the default background color of shipping cost dialog box.

Open up Webmaster Mode. Find out which template contains the box. Open up that template and see what CSS class is called. If there isn't one, add one. Then open up skin1.css and edit the class, or add the new class you called.

Moving this to Template Editing, as it really doesn't have to do with the shipping methods.
