I've had nothing but top notch customer service from these guys, the mod works fine, if you find an issue they fix it fast as hell! just need to use there email address.

I have used X-cart for several years and am far from an expert but I have purchased quite a few mods over the years but up until January of this year had never dealt with Mercury Minds.

I had upgraded one of our stores to the 4.4 branch and needed a one page checkout. I have always used the AlteredCart One Page Checkout but it was not available at the time for versions 4.4 so I went with Mercury Minds. Installation was fairly quick and I was for the most part satisfied. After the install I realized that the mod was not compatible with BCS's DPM module. After contacting MM about this they stated they would at no charge work with BCS in order to make their mod compatible. Sounded great. Well after over four months of waiting the MM checkout is still not working. After emails went unanswered by the MM staff I contacted Bill at AlteredCart to have him install his One Page Checkout, since it was now compatible with version 4.4 and is also compatible with BCS's DPM module. I also requested a refund from MM which Dongan refused to issue.

Bottom line is that I personally did not have a good experience with Mercury Minds. Emails were not answered in a timely manner and after waiting over four months the compatibility issue was still not resolved. In the end I lost $184.00 and wasted four months of my time. Go with the AlteredCart One Page Checkout. I have always received top notch support from Bill.

First - I usually never leave feedback for products. My initial gut feeling to choose this product was a bit weary based on some of the reviews but... I have had nothing but great support from these guys. They always pick up the phone and reply to my emails in minutes not days. Our time difference is off since i'm in Florida but Ive had them pick up a call way past there office hours. In any case I just though I would put my two cents in. I will definitely reccommend them.

Well I am no expert about what goes into producing these modules but I am sure there is a lot. Although I have had numerous issues with this Mercury Minds One Page Checkout the techs there have always been helpful. They got the bugs fixed and got it to work with BCE's shipping rate module. i am surprised at all the problems I encountered. Some popped up only after a while and also discovered some bugs by accident. Although I am not happy with this module, a buggy module can cost you lots of sales, I cannot complain about not being looked after. I have to give a THUMBS UP to the tech support at Mercury Minds.

Just an update to everyone: The module is compatible with BCSE's auth.net DPM module. That's a great solution for everyone to have One page checkout with PA-DSS compliance together.

I just relocated my xcart site to a new host.
Xcart will not start because of MN OPC
It appear MMl licenses this module to the IP address and not the web address
I get the message in my log file that my new IP address is not permitted
Thus Xcart will not even start
Thank You MM
I will submit a ticket tomorrow

This is ridiculous. Now they will charge me to fix it

Hi Jim,

Who said you will be charged for reissuing the license? You will not be charged for reissuing the license.

We have received your ticket and the team will get back to you. In the meanwhile, you can disable the module from the backend if you want.

The log file says, in part " modules/mmc_ cart patch.php is not permissioned for 173.236.40.xxx in unknown on line 0".
The listed IP address is my new IP
I assume that this is one of your files .
As for turning the module off in the back end. That is not possible, because the xcartstart start never gets beyond this point. Xcart is dead.
Please reissue the file ASAP
