BizSync & Freeport Way
We put BizSync from freeport way and our Xcart test store to work to get ready for launch...however its not working as we thought...and getting some conflicting support. Now, it seems no support. Getting frustrated when we are being told to read the manual rather than answer questions that are obviously not answered in the manual. Any one have any experience with this? Perhaps help us trouble shoot our process?
Issues: Updated products being ripped from assigned categories and moved to the NEW PRODUCTS Images being replaced when the image migration fields are unchecked. Various error messages (queuhook?) Products that have never been assigned to our SiteLink being imported - and some products not imported not matter what we do. It seemed to work fine at first for the initial pull, but the fact that it rips products out of the categories..and not sure how it does this since its not supposed to touch that table..is disheartening This is the site ware working on with it. http://50.28.67.117/store/home.php
