Image Gallery Mod?

Anyone know of a good image gallery mod etc that could be used in X-cart 4.3 to just display a group of images as a slide show?

It would be nice if it supported uploading the images but if it just displayed them from ftp that would be fine as well.

Phil, I appreciate you offering this mod for free now, especially with how professional it looks in the demo.

I uploaded the file to my system today and followed the install instructions, but when going to www.inspiredheartsandhands.com/gallery.php like the instructions says to after finishing them, it says "Page not found". I made sure the files/gallery permission is 777, and I know I posted the code in the proper places on the two templates. My only question is that maybe I did the SQL patch wrong? (I have never done one before so that is very possible). I went into the admin and at the bottom I typed in:

REPLACE INTO xcart_languages SET code='en', name='lbl_gallery', value='Gallery', topic='Labels';

And then clicked submit and it said it patched properly. Can you tell what I am missing?

Any advice from Phil, or anyone who has used this mod would be extremely appreciated. Thanks!

Mimi, if you are getting 'page not found', you have either not uploaded all files, or you've missed out a step. Try going through the install again.

Phil, I went through the steps again and think I might have found part of the problem, but the issue still is not fixed. What I did was copied the entire "upload" folder over to files to my public html. I deleted these and went into the "upload" folder and copied over the "gallery" folder (upload/files/gallery) and then copied over the Gallery folder (upload/skin/common files/modules/Gallery) into my modules folder (within the public html). I changed the file permissions to 777 and cleaned up my site and tried again, but the same error shows. Can you see what my error is? Am I copying the wrong things to the wrong places? Thanks for everything!

Phil,

I love your Smart Template and I'd love to make this Gallery mod work in 4.4.2 but I am having trouble.

Setting aside skin1 vs skin here is another issue:

In the file 'gallery.php' there is a reference to:

require $xcart_dir."/include/categories.php";

...but I don't think "categories.php" exists in the include directory in 4.4.2.

Any help on this?
