I would like to modify the order of our product tabs and have the reviews tab
be the "active" tab instead of the Description tab which is the default tab behavior.

How can I go about doing this?

This will require a small custom tweak - you should create a custom module that will decorate the \XLite\View\Product\Details\Customer\Page\APage::d efineTabs() and re-order the tabs.
