Yes sir, I am re-deploying every time, after making changes in classes. The module name is appearing on admin page with enable on. but its changes are not reflecting on admin & storefront pages.

What are the changes and how did you implement them?

Can you send us all your module files so that we could take a look?
You may pack your module into an archive file as per this instruction:

You can attach the file to your forum message.
Or you can put the archive to Google Drive (for instance) and send me the link via PM.

Default Re: use of var folder

You have a misprint in the \XLite\Module\Vatsal\Filteration\Model\Attribute class:
PHP Code:
namespace XLite\Module\Vatsal\Filterarion\Model

It should be
PHP Code:
namespace XLite\Module\Vatsal\Filteration\Model

All other files seem to be compiled into the var directory correctly. So, if the above doesn't help, the problem is somewhere in the logic or in decorating wrong classes and/or doing it in a wrong way.
