Hello,

I am trying to figure out how and where abandoned carts are. It seems like it should be an order and I do see isAcOrder which seems promising. But the column is all zeros and I know we have abandoned carts

Just look for orders with the column payment_status_id is 'NULL' in the table 'xc_orders', these correspond to abandoned carts.
