We've responded to all of belservices emails and his order was completed 24 hours after purchase, for some reason it appears none of our emails from our site were getting through to him.

We really wouldn't hold back on a customer for $1.99.

Belservice please ensure you haven't accidently blacklisted our email addresses, we didn't get any bouncebacks or reports that the emails were being being quarantined.

Well i just ordered Marketing Manager Pro Bundle for X-cart at 22.52 and have just received the download information @ 23.13 today, now thats what i call a service. Thanks Groovico!

I ordered security scan recently for 2 sites - received straight away no probs.

I ordered "customers also bought" on 21 July, 6:30pm EDT - it was delivered within 3 hours.

I submitted a tech support request to clarify a product functionality question, I received a complete answer within 3 hours.

I would consider Firetank service and support to be exceptional... and their communication is as good as you could ever ask for (unless you think for $2 someone should be sitting by their computer waiting for YOU 24/7). Considering the price of the software, I think 3 hours for a response is more than reasonable.

Should they charge more and offer a 24/7 help desk? How much more are you willing to pay for this? Speaking only for myself, I am not interested in 24/7 instant-on support if it's going to quadruple the cost of the products.
