[Triple A Racing]

As per the thread title, the normal time difference between XC5 Developer Wave and Merchant Wave releases is approx 2 weeks / 10 working days. This time we're very nearly at 4 weeks / 20 working days. There's been no edits to the page: https://devs.x-cart.com/changelog/5.4.1.28.html since it was posted, which there normally is, IF, additional bugs are found during the Developer Wave release period.

Can you advise / update this forum with any details @memoto ?

People wonder why the 'service & communication' status for XC is at an all time low....

The 5.4.1.28 version will be released next week.

Something aka Some random reason, plucked from the nearest excuse bag, albeit normally, they do start with "...because of lots of OTHER users' demands, we have had to....."

Something aka Practically everything you knew and had provided yourself, already, apart from, the actual answer(s) to your question(s)

This applies to any questions and/or bug ticket chases which have already been classed as "a truthful answer is needed / difficult to defend our own complete lack of action(s) / might end up with people spotting the glaringly obvious - if answered by us in detail and/or correctly...etc etc."

Effective, Professional, Communication With Paying Customer?
