Adding Chase Paymentech Gateway
Hello, I have a question about using the Chase Paymentech gateway. I am currently using Paypal to process orders. My boss wants to switch to Chase Paymentech gateway. When I went to activate that gateway I get a popup with this note:
"This payment integration has been moved to X-Payments to make X-Cart out of PCI scope. In order to use it please integrate your X-Cart with X-Payments". Do I have to buy a subscription to use this gateway???

Re: Adding Chase Paymentech Gateway
Yes, you need X-Payments since integration with Chase Paymentech makes merchants liable for PCI compliance. In this case VISA and the PCI Council require using PA-DSS certified software like X-Payments.
If this is a one shop setup I recommend to go with Basic or Pro subscription depending on number of transactions you are going to have. For multiple shops implementation X-Payments Multistore or Enterprise are recommended.
