Default BCS Point of Sale Issue

I have been having a problem in the office with BCS Point of Sale module.

I just updated to X-Cart 4.7.5 and had the BCS POS upgraded at the same time.

Two Windows 7 machines with the latest version of Google Chrome are not picking up shipping costs in the drop down. The shipping is $0 for everything.

I cleaned out the cache, cookies, browsing history. Still no luck.

I have an Macbook using OSX El Capitan and a Dell Inspirion using Windows 10 and they are not having the same issue. Only the people that actually take the Point of Sale calls in the office.

I can find no documentation to possibly troubleshoot the issue.

Update: I tested my MacBook in the office and it is now coming up Zero's for me. So, it is definitely here in the office.
