Default BCS Reward Ponts HELP

Does anyone have a fix for any of these

1. When a customer enter the amount of point to use on checkout and click pay, the points remaining is not updated, it still display the points before the application, this is confusing for the customers as they do not know what is remaining.

2. When points applied is not enough a warning "you have not enough points ....." is shown which is very good but when a customer has more points than the order and tried to apply to pay for the whole order, it still display the same warning, shouldn't it display another warning "shipping charges are not payable with points, please pay with another mode......"

3. Where or how can I view the points adjustment notes, etc?

4. Make Points Discount not display in order_invoice.tpl when no points is use in the order.

5. How is the points earned for that order being calculated when points is applied in the order? I tried using different points and the calculation seems not right.

e.g. Points Setting
5 points awarded for every dollar spend
100 points = $1.00

Order amount = $9.90

Points Applied = 0
Points Earned for the order = 49

Points Applied = 100
Points Earned for the order = 48 (shouldn't it be $9.90-$1.00 = $8.90 x 5 = 44 points)

Points Applied = 200
Points Earned for the order = 47 (shouldn't it be $9.90-$2.00 = $7.90 x 5 = 39 points)

The points applied correctly when the order is processed but before that it does not display correctly on screen during checkout and after processed, point received by the customer is different from the screen display and customers might complain that they are not receiving the right points etc, etc..

Any advise will be appreciated.

Yes but it takes time for them to reply as they probably has many other tech support to attend to, so I am hoping that someone might have the solution and I could solve it myself instead of waiting for BCS.

I hope you have dropped us an email as well. Please note our first line of support is out due to his wife going back into the hospital.
