Anyone know how this mod handles membership levels?

Say my wholesalers are given access to a subset of products in my catalog that my regular (all) users are not.

Now, when a wholesale customer logs in, he has access to everything all users can see + this extra subset of products.

If he adds products to his cart from both categories (products that all users have access to + this subset of product only for wholesalers), how does the mod handle his cart contents when he comes back as an anonymous user (prior to logging in)? Does he see only some of the products in his cart and then when he logs in, he sees the rest? Or does he, even prior to logging in (while still in his anonymous state), see all the products -- even those that should only be accessible to wholesalers?
