Are there any modules available to create new forms for the cloud version? For example, if I have a page for "To become a wholesaler" I would like the user to fill out a form and submit it.

If you are using a Cloud version, you will not be able to create such mod unless you order a customization from us. Alternatively, you can become our partner, create such module and then distribute it via our marketplace.

Alternatively, you can create a page where you ask your potential wholesale to send you a message with needed info. It will not be exactly what you meant, but it will be close.
