I know this is a noob mod, but hey, this is the first one I've done without any hand holding.

THis mod will change the old UPS logo on the checkout page to the new updated UPS logo.

1: Go to Google, and use their image search. Search for "UPS logo". Find one you like and save it.

2: Rename the file you just saved to ups_logo.jpg (or ups_logo.gif)

3: Go to your skin1/images folder and rename the ups_logo.gif to ups_logo-old.gif to back it up.

4: Upload the new logo to the same folder.

5: Edit your /modules/UPS_OnLine_Tools/ups_logo.tpl with the following:

Find

[img]{$ImagesDir}/ups_logo.gif[/img]

And replace it with

 [img]{$ImagesDir}/ups_logo.jpg[/img]

6: Save the template and enjoy.
