X-Cart v4.5.2 released

A rushed release perhaps? Certainly doesn't make it easy for us skin developers.

Also seems odd why they'd include new features in one skin only (eg. wish list carousel). Shouldn't it be all skins?

Looking at payment methods in admin with PayPal added - I see PayPal Advanced and Payflow Link. Do they work ok (given the fact PayPal Access does not)? Anyone tested them yet?

I tested PayPal Advance it works but the check out process is combersome and doesnot look professional as the Iframe takes you to another page just to enter only credit card numbers. If I was a customer on a website and saw this I would cancel delete every thing and close my browser.

This has been a problem with OPC forever - all iframe methods should load on the same page or in a popup if needed but not redirect to another page. Unfortunatelly QT did not resolve this even with the new release

On Fast Lane Check out IFrame needs to be integrated properly mostly likely on the shipping and payment page. The current setup doesn't not allow you to collect payment until after the order process is already completed then you are taken to a separate page to enter credit card number..

No, PayPal Access is not related to PayPal payment solutions.

PayPal Access allows your customers to use their PayPal account to sign in to your X-Cart store. When a customer signs in using PayPal Access, X-Cart creates a customer account in the store using the details stored on the customer's PayPal account.

The new cart page design which includes the wish list carousel feature was implemented for one skin only - Ideal Comfort.
