Default Style Problem - FIXED

Forgive me if this is in wrong area.

For some reason I keep running into the problem of browsers not recognizing my .css file. I have not manipulated how xcart calls to it, only thing I have cahnged is the colors and styles themselves. Anyway from what I have seen only IE 6 recognizes the styles. Every other broswer ignores the file and makes my website look like a jumbled mess.

EDIT - Also from what I have seen the colors work but not the font sizes, or anything but the colors.

Any Commnets or suggestions?

there ya go. Now it works fine on my computer except I can still change font size through view so if the stylesheet was working properly it wouldnt allow that either.

Just a suggestion.....

You may have some products nested too deeply. Example:

Saddles
>>>>>>> Vintage Seats
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Double Bucket
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>BMW

That is a lot of clicks for someone to get to a product. Perhaps you can eliminate some of the nesting by utilizing the "Product Sort" mod available at www.cartlab.net.

Regards,

Glen

K so messing with the css alittle more. If I give the Alink Vlink set font size, it makes it so its not changeable. If I give the actual text a class= though it applies it but you can change it through the browser view tab.

Where does Xcart call out to the skin1.css? I see that in config.php it smary assigns skin1.conf and in skin1.conf it labels skin1.css as the CSS. Is there no "require skin1.css" of link skin1.css?
