Hello,
I can't change anything from Settings >> General Settings >> Appereance, because when I hit Apply changes, it tells me: "Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/configuration.php on this server."

I was able to change "Company", "General", "Email", etc... without any problem.

Any ideas?

Check permissions on that file and make sure the webserver user can access it

What file are you talking about? configuration.php?
I didn't change permissions because I didn't have any problem to make the other changes from the same page. Or you mean another file?

So it should be admin/configuration.php

It didn't work.
Actually, the only field I can't change is "Appearance". The rest of the list:

3-D Secure Transaction, Company, Contact Us Form, Email, Email Notifications, General, Logging, Product Search, SEO, Security, Shipping, User Profiles

Can be changed. And (I think) they are all accessed from the same file "configuration.php".
That's why I really don't get where the problem is...

Look in /var/log/ directory for errors, it may tell you what the problem is. configuration.php may call different file for the appearance changes

Can't find that folder. I have only one named "cache" inside "var"... Did a search in the server and there is not "log" folder or file. I am using version 4.5.1 Is that possible that there is a different way to see errors?

Well... Now I can see it. But there is no error. Just tells me the information of the date and time I logged in.
This is driving me crazy...

You may not have all logs on. Check admin logging page and turn them all on.
