My logo is a large square. It will not work with the stock X-cart size logo. Here is what I'm dealing with:

www.hotfootmoto.net/store

Any ideas? I've tried to change the header size with css files, but I'm having no luck.

try editing skin/ideal_comfort/css/altskin.css

You can use firefox and firebug to test to get the specified size needed or look that's best for your logo and then edit altskin.css and enter the desired image size
