Default Changing nav title
Where can I change the title of the main navigation pieces? I want to change the title "Help" to "information. What file do I need to edit? Thanks!

it's probably in the languages rather then a template file. Go to languages in the right hand menu, and select english (I assume it's english you're using)

search for help and edit the one that looks like the right one.
