skin1 error

Default skin1 error
I'm tring to change a color in the skin1. When I try to save the change i get the error -File operation is failed. I have permission 777 for the skin1 what am I doing wrong?

Make sure the template or css file you are changing is set to 666....not just the skin1 folder
