Keep looking, it is under XCart > X-Cart supporting files for prev versions > X-Cart 4.0 > updates and patches

I have vs 4.16 where do i put the addons? I do not see any folder in my web called addons

There are these folders under the vs 4.16 of the security patch security-patch-2007-10-29(rev_2)_4[1].1.6

addons
DIFF-addons
DIFF-xcart
xcart
I am not sure where to put the addons as I do not see this folder in my web to replace the files.

You don't put them anywhere...look at the .diff-xcart folder. You need to run the individual patches in those folders. if you have any add-ons that are affected by the patch, you need to run the patches in the diff-addons folder.

o ok, i thought those addons came with the cart but i guess not cause i do not see them.
