X-Payments v2.0 with PayPal Pro
Here is the quick and dirty:
Building development site based on v4.6.3 with X-Payments v2.0.1. Attempting to utilize PayPal Payments Pro (Supported via X-Payments). In One Page Checkout, every time I click on "Credit Card", I get the attached screen shot. http://dpciwholesale.com/Signatures/Untitled-1.jpg It is worth noting since this is a development site, I am using a self-signed SSL certificate (hence the red https in the top left hand corner of the screenshot). I don't know if this is affecting anything or not. Any help from my fellow X-Carter's would be appreciated. I am stumped on this one. I have always found X-Payments to be a bit cumbersome (sometimes I feel like it does what it wants during configuration).

Re: X-Payments v2.0 with PayPal Pro
I have changed from "iframe" to "default" with the template settings in x-payment. I am now allowed to select "credit card" as a payment option without getting the previous screen capture error. However, upon submitting the order, this is the error screen:

Re: X-Payments v2.0 with PayPal Pro
Ambal, I followed those instructions.
I managed to track down the issue. Apparently, somewhere in the PayPal Pro module, it references the "orders department email address" entered into your "company settings" page. We didn't have a "valid" email address entered into that field. It might be important to make note of this for the future that a valid email address must be entered into these fields as this module references them. Thanks again for the quick response.

Re: X-Payments v2.0 with PayPal Pro
Michael, I am glad to know you managed to track down the reason and resolve the issue, but I am not sure what email address in PayPal PRO module you are referring to.
Could you please share a screen shot or tell exact path to the setting in your admin back-end? X-Payments does not ask for any "orders department email address" and has no "company settings" page. It looks to be a setting in X-Cart admin back-end. I just want to add correct instruction to http://forum.x-cart.com/showthread.php?t=68718 and update X-Payments troubleshooting at http://help.x-cart.com/index.php?title=X-Payments:Troubleshooting

Re: X-Payments v2.0 with PayPal Pro
Ambal,
This is because the email address isn't in the PayPal PRO module (hence the confusion). The US PayPal Pro module references the "orders department email address" entered into the "company settings" within XCart. If there is an email address in this field that is not formatted correctly, you will get the screenshot shown in the second post.

Re: X-Payments v2.0 with PayPal Pro
I see. Thank you for clarifying. You refer to http://help.x-cart.com/index.php?title=X-Cart:Company_Options#Company_emails in X-Cart v4.
